Same Day Appointments
Patients can call at 9am if they require emergency appointments on the day. During busy times, you need to stay in the queue until you are answered. If you choose to hang up, you will lose your turn in the queue. When answered, you will be asked about the type of emergency you have so you can be booked or directed to the most appropriate clinician and to determine if your condition is very urgent or not.
Patient online access
You can now book appointments online by going to https://patient.emisaccess.co.uk/
To access the service, you need to first be registered for it. You can accomplish this by registering yourself on the above website or by coming into the Practice and asking for a user ID.
